You need to add a registry value to increase the size of the icon cache. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer] in the registry and create a new string value. Name it "Max Cached Icons" and give it a value of "2000".
