The 'e' logo in IE4 is contained in the following registry keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]

"BrandBitmap"="name.bmp"

"SmBrandBitmap"="name2.bmp"

"Name.bmp" and "name2.bmp" refer to paths of particular bitmap files that change the IE logo. If you set both value to "Default", the original 'e' logo will return.
